- 2.3 You agree not to use any automated system that accesses the website in a manner that creates more requests for information or uploaded information that can be reasonably produced via a conventional web browser.
- 3.1 We own all copyright in all features of the website (including, without limitation, the design of the web site, all logos, text and graphics on the web site), except such user generated content as outlined below.
- 3.2 When you upload content to the website, you assign to Welsh Assembly Government non-exclusive licence to use your videos, pictures and descriptive text on the wales1000things web site and in any other communications. You agree that Welsh Assembly Government can modify this information and make editorial revisions.
- 4.1 The publishing of any content submitted by the user is at the discretion of Welsh Assembly Government and Welsh Assembly Government expressly reserve the rights to restrict the publishing of any material for whatever reason. The conditions relating the submission of user generated content are subject to the terms of use outlined here and further guidance for the user is available on the website.
- 4.2 The user shall be solely responsible for the consequences of uploading and publishing content on the website. Under no circumstances will Welsh Assembly Government be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the publishing of user generated content on this website.
- 4.3 You agree that you will not 1) submit any material which is not your own or you do not own the copyright for or that you have not got permission from the originator 2) upload falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Visitwales or any third party 3) submit any material that is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, offensive or otherwise inappropriate 4) solicit for business 5) impersonate another person
- 4.4 If you are a copyright owner and you believe any user generated content on the site infringes upon your copyright or you believe that any user generated content is inappropriate for any reason you can notify Welsh Assembly Government - contact details below.
- 4.5 Where user generated content relates to access to the countryside (e.g. routes and trails in relation to walking and cycling) it must only provide information on areas, routes and trails that are part of the public Rights or way network or are open to general public use. Content must not include any information, words or pictures that constitutes any legal activity or contravenes any relevant byelaws.
- 4.6 You agree not to include the name of any specific businesses within the text based content uploaded to the site.
- 5.1Entrants will be submitted to the prize draw for £100 vouchers when they either 1) request brochures by post or 2) download brochures AND fill in the associated form(s).
- 5.2 Entrants must not be employees (or immediate members of their families) of Visit Wales, or Blacks Leisure Group, its agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion or anyone connected with the draw. An independent person will make the draw.
- 5.3 The draw for the 5 x £100 vouchers will be made on 8th May 2008.
- 5.4 Blacks will allocate the individual vouchers as e-vouchers to the winners.
- 5.5 The winners will be notified by e-mail. The names of the prize winners will be made available after the draw to anyone sending a self addressed envelope marked 'Blacks Voucher Draw' to UK Marketing and Partnerships, Visit Wales, Brunel House, 2 Fitzalan Road, Cardiff, CF24 0UY.
- 5.6 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternatives will be offered.
- 5.7Winners agree to use their names and photographs in future publicity. Judge's decision is final.
